Welcome to Week One – Set the Foundation

So I’m sure you’ve heard the saying “You have to set the table before you get to eat?”
Well that is what this week is all about – setting the table, laying the foundations.
This week focuses on understanding where you are today, so you can start building your plans for tomorrow. Set the Foundation will ask you to investigate what supports you already have in place, and what roadblocks may need to be addressed before you move forward – and then come up with a plan for action.
We will also cover what I consider to be the most foundational skill for success, which is Time Blocking. You will come up the a schedule for building your business over the next three months that will ensure your goals turn into reality, while keeping you sane in the process.
Aspects of this week may be review for some. I would encourage you to still go through the exercises. Taking stock of where you are in this moment is a helpful habit to get into. It allows you to adjust course if need be. It is also important that we are all on the same page as next week, the pace picks up.
