Last week for gathering the information needed to complete your business plan. Some of you may be actually taking steps to launch your practice, and some of you may still be in the planning stage.
You are exactly where you should be!
This week is about planning for after the program is done, regardless of the stage you find yourself in now. What supports and structures do you need in place to keep you and your business on track? This may mean hiring people to keep you accountable or to teach you new skills. Be honest with yourself about what you need to make your practice a successful reality.
