Mini Courses:


Private Practice Business Basics mini course – Immediate access

This course walks you through all the first time business owner start up steps so can make sure you have your bases covered and your business is legal. Included information on business registration, insurance, licensing, bank accounts, scheduling and file storage plus more.

Website 101 – Available September 5th, 2017

This mini course walks you through creating the structure of your own website content. Learn what pages you need, what should be on them, and what can wait. Perfect for those who want ideas for their own DIY site, and those who need to know what to ask when talking to their website developer. Find out how to write copy that encourages callers to become clients, discover how to get found online, and learn simple ways to make your website look clean and professional.

Practical Policies and Paperwork – Available October 20th, 2017

10+ Paperwork, Form and Policy templates that can be tailored to your specific practice.  You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Some people have said this alone was worth taking the program. Examples include:

  • Initial Contact Screening, Informed Consent, Intake, Consent to Release information & Confirmation of Attendance Forms
  • Electronic Communications, Late Client/Cancellation, NSF/Non-payment & Social Media Policies

If your practice already exists – use these mini courses as a double check to see if there are ways you can streamline your existing foundation or fill in anything that may have been overlooked.

If you are just getting started – use these mini courses as an overview but don’t feel ANY pressure have to have these things completed before the programs begins. You may want to wait to make any decisions on things like business name or website domain until you have gone through the first few weeks of the program and have a better sense of your future practice. Up to you!


Needs Assessment and “Get to Know you” Calls

Shortly you will receive an Needs Assessment Intake Questionnaire in your inbox.  As mentioned above, please fill this out as soon as possible as it will help you get focused and help me make sure the program meets your needs.  In late-August, I will be sending you access to my online calendar so we can book a 30 minute call between September 5th and September 20th and review the information in your intake.  I want to know where you’re starting from and where you want to be by the end of our time together.


Bootcamp Community – Opens September 18th

On the Monday prior to the program starting you will be invited to join the online Bootcamp Community.  It will only take a few minutes but I want everyone to have time to get signed in and familiar with the platform in case you have any questions.  You will get a user’s guide for how it works closer to the date.  This is where we will be connecting with each other between calls.


Group calls take place on the following days:

  • September 26th

  • October 10th and 24th

  • November 7th and 21st

  • December 5th
